She Paddles

December 2023, we were proud to be awarded ShePaddles Club status — a wonderful recognition of the inclusive, welcoming and vibrant culture we’ve been building together.

ShePaddles has brought so much to our club, creating a stronger balance of voices, ideas, opinions and energy, both on and off the water. It’s about making sure everyone feels heard, valued and able to contribute, whatever their experience or ability.

Our women play a huge part in making our club what it is today. From shaping our training programmes and organising social events to sharing ideas, supporting one another and helping our club thrive, their enthusiasm and commitment make a real difference.

It’s been a journey over the past five years, and one we’re incredibly proud of. We’ve grown together, strengthened our friendships and built a community where everyone can feel included, connected and part of something special.
